Below are the Hearing Aids types

Completely in the canal (CIC)

CIC hearing aids are suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss.

In the ear (ITE)

A custom-made ITE hearing aid is suitable for mild to some severe hearing losses.

Open fit

The open-fit hearing aid is suitable for those with mild to moderate hearing loss.

In the canal (ITC)

ITC hearing aids fit in the ear canal and are slightly larger and extend a little farther out than CIC hearing aids.

Behind the ear (BTE)

A hearing aid is connected to an earmould via a tube.

Receiver in the canal (RIC)

A RIC or RITE hearing aid is suitable for mild to severe hearing losses
